I was born in Sorrento and started to work in the kitchen at a young age. Cooking has always been my passion and my dream has always been to own a restaurant – finally my wish came true in the beautiful picturesque village of Boston Spa Wetherby!

Our families and friends call us Vagabondi—wanderers—as we’ve always had wanderlust in our eyes.
We met in 2000 and have shared countless life experiences, living and traveling together across the globe. No matter where we landed, we always found ways to create a "home away from home." We soon realized that what always eased our homesickness was serving the enduring meals of Naples on our table.
As we grew older, our desire to find a place to put down roots grew stronger. The Pizza Vagabond was actually born many years ago when we realized that we always found and returned to "our home" through eating, making, and sharing our traditional food of Naples.

“Il Lupo e La Greppia” nasce vent’anni fa dall’amore per le montagne, dei suoi profumi e sapori ( oltre che dei loro simboli). Il lupo rappresenta la forza e la bellezza della natura alpina, mentre la greppia simboleggia accoglienza e genuinità.

L’innamoramento del luogo dove ci troviamo e la passione per il piacere del cibo hanno fatto si che il 24 Aprile del 2005 il nostro sogno è diventato realtà con l’inaugurazione della “Trattoria Al Santuario”a Stezzano proprio accanto al Santuario della Madonna dei Campi.
La trattoria è a conduzione familiare il papà Gianni, i figli Attilio e Valerio e ultima ma non meno importante, anzi, la mamma Stella… che vi accoglieranno con simpatia e cordialità in un ambiente caloroso e famigliare…
Mille e più sono i motivi che ci spingono a svolgere il nostro lavoro con dedizione e immenso piacere… il successo che stiamo riscontrando, ci da entusiasmo, orgoglio e immensa soddisfazione… Il viso dei clienti che escono soddisfatti dalla nostra trattoria è ogni volta un toccasana per la mente e il cuore…

Le Cômo est avant tout une histoire de famille.
Renato Favaro et Bianca, aux côtés Daniel et Evie, font vivre cette maison ensemble, au quotidien — comme en Italie, en famille, autour du partage et du plaisir d’accueillir. Et surtout, avec le sens des choses faites comme il se doit!
Après un parcours marqué par la gastronomie étoilée, Renato Favaro a choisi de tourner la page du Ristorante Favaro pour écrire un nouveau chapitre de sa vie culinaire : Le Cômo.
Un retour aux sources, aux saveurs d’antan, aux goûts de là où tout a commencé, sur les rives du Lac de Côme.
Ici, la cuisine revient à l’essentiel : le produit, la justesse, le goût!
Une cuisine simple et bonne — comme on le dit en Italie, basta poco, ma buono.
En cuisine comme en salle, rien ne se fait seul : le service accompagne l’assiette avec la même attention, dans un esprit sincère et chaleureux.
Au menu, des recettes généreuses et sans détours, où l’esprit de la cuisine familiale et l’amour du produit priment. Comme à la maison, chez la nonna…
Des plats en apparence simples, mais portés par une technique longuement acquise.

Est-ce une fatalité, une botte secrète, le Sud en phase avec le Nord? Nous voilà à nouveau sur la Méditerranée alors que nous sommes au Luxembourg – la deuxième Italie comme on l’appelle.
A peine à quelques kilomètres de la France et proche de la Belgique, l’un de ses prétendants y officie, au coeur d’une ville aux consonances bien de la région: Esch-sur-Alzette.
La rue des Remparts est une rue comme on en rencontre beaucoup dans les villes, mais en la remontant, on ne peut manquer de remarquer la superbe façade de la maison.
Il y quelque temps, le décor a fait peau neuve, gommant les épais tapis et les murs lambrissés pour laisser place à la lumière sur trois salons en enfilade dans les tons gris et noirs très modernes. Seul un antique meuble Toscan témoigne de ses origines.
